Long-Term Food Storage: The Experiment
Several months ago, I began an experiment into long term food storage and thus far the experiment has been a success. This experiment has saved our family money and resulted in no spoiled food. Since beginning this experiment, I have shared this with others and others have begun the process. Several have asked me to share how we make this happen and I would like to take the next several days and share with you how we have learned and benefited form this process.
This experiment began as I saw food prices rise and wanted to find a way to save money. Another aspect to the experiment is to have food stored away in case of an emergency. Since beginning the experiment, my family and I have approximately three months of food readily available.

The advantages of food storage:

- Space – Depending on what long-term food storage method and how much food you store, space will be priceless. I will share with you some tips to saves space in the midst of the process.
- Risk of spoiled food – As with storing any food for a long period of time, there is a risk of having the food spoil or having it ruin.
